Vanilla and honeycomb create an intriguing balance between wild tea and honey.
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are selected in the vineyards specifically for this wine. The grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented in the tank at 12 C with no extra skin contact, giving rise to the wine's beautifully light champagne colour.
