A harmonious balance of passion fruit and pineapple notes, with hints of citrus and a nectarine taste sensation.
The premium quality hand selected grapes are whole bunch pressed to obtain a cleaner and smoother juice. This is then fermented and aged for seven months in second fill French oak barrels, to allow a longer aging potential and to add more structure and fullness to the wine. During this period the juice is left on the lees and stirring occurs monthly to achieve a fuller palate.
